To make it clearer for our customers about
the way the whole process of ordering a book through us is, these
are the steps that take place:
- You come to "books.marsad.com" and order up to
5 books
- We will send you a confirmation E-mail
The confirmation E-mail will include the items you ordered, their
prices, the total amount you will pay and an order number which
you will use for any questions about your order.
- You will pay the amount in one of the possible ways(direct
deposit or cash)
You must pay the amount within one week(7 business days) after
the confirmation letter is sent to you otherwise the order will
be directly canceled without any penalties.
- Within 7 days -at most- your order will be placed to the
online retailer which you chose
From this point the online retailer will ship the items to you
and this is when our role ends.
These steps might not apply for certain large and/or special orders.
